Job Description : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Civil and Structural Engineers and Designers to ensure project objectives and timely completion. Review and approval of analysis, designs and drawings of in-house and outsourced engineering. Liaise with statutory /regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for project implementation. Developing effective relationships with clients/ other disciplines by understanding their needs and objectives. Implementation of quality assurance plan as per ISO standards to maintain high standards of design excellence and accuracy. Driving innovative methods for achieving project efficiency and quantity optimization. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of domestic and international design codes and standards. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools. Knowledge of designing foundations and associated structures with bill of quantities depending on load and soil conditions. Knowledge of designing louver type structural buildings (with either structural floors or concrete floors) for hosting plants, workshops etc. and calculating the bill of quantities for the same. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools. Knowledge in STAAD PRO is ESSENTIAL & TEKLA will be an added advantage. Proven experience with STAAD Pro for structural analysis and Tekla for detailed modeling in office environment.
