Job Description : Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential business clients (manufacturers, construction, agriculture, etc.) needing woven industrial products through networking, market research, and outreach. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific operational needs for materials like durable fabrics, conveyor belts, or geotextiles. Product Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of the technical specifications, applications, and benefits of woven materials (e.g., strength, permeability, durability) to effectively demonstrate value. Sales Presentations & Proposals: Create and deliver compelling presentations and customized proposals that solve client problems, often involving technical details. Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals, ensuring win-win outcomes. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure smooth product delivery. Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance using CRM software, providing regular forecasts and reports to management. After-Sales Support: Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Key Skills Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Business acumen and understanding of the industrial sector. Ability to manage a longer, complex B2B sales cycle. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Self-motivation and goal orientation.
