Develop a sales model& Team for a focused sales methodology that is repeatable and scalable. This is to be done in co-ordination with senior management & external Consultant.
Implement and manage the above model once developed.
Take Company to Leadership position in every sales channel once Model is implemented.Look to play leadership role during Geographic expansion phase. |
