Assist in resource planning (manpower, materials) to meet project targets. 2. Billing and Documentation Prepare and verify client bills as per BOQ, work orders, and field progress. Verify subcontractor and vendor bills against actual work executed. Ensure all supporting documentation (JMC sheets, work completion certificates, Quality certificate, Devalulation,etc.) are complete and accurate. Reconcile quantities with DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and material consumption records. Liaise with the client/consultant for bill approvals and payment follow-ups. 3. Coordination and Reporting Coordinate between site engineers, project managers, and head office for project updates. Prepare MIS reports—billing status, progress vs target, etc. Support in project progress presentations and reviews with DISCOM / PMA/ client. Ensure adherence to RDSS project specifications, guidelines, and timelines. 4. Quality and Compliance Maintain proper documentation as per RDSS norms for audits and inspections. Assist in preparation of DPRs, MPRs, and other reports required by the client. Ensure billing and planning processes comply with company and RDSS policies. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project). Proficiency in MS Excel, and ERP software. Good understanding of BOQ, tender documents, and contract conditions.
